It says "the free version works on sheets with up to 500 rows". The free version counts every row in the sheet. Split the data across sheets, or add a licence key at the bottom of the sidebar.
My key is "already in use on 2 devices". Each licence works on up to 2 devices. Remove the key in the sidebar on one of them, or email us and we'll move it.
A big sheet shows "… rows done". Google limits how long an add-on can run at once, so large jobs run in parts. Leave the sidebar open until it finishes. Don't edit the sheet meanwhile.
I removed rows by mistake. Use File › Version history to restore.
